Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Neurology Account Director to lead the commercial performance of its C5 inhibitor for generalized myasthenia gravis. This remote role covers a region in the Mountain West, including Minnesota. The Director will manage 10–12 academic medical centers, develop account strategies, and ensure formulary access.

Candidates should have a strong background in institutional sales or market access with at least 10 years of experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and proficiency in using CRM systems. Comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range of $183,100.00 to $305,200.00 are offered.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of institutional sales or account management experience in pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with hospital formulary processes and P&T committee engagement.
• Strong communication skills to engage medical professionals.
