Capital Health Medical Group in central New Jersey is seeking a Neurologist - Movement Disorder Specialist to join our dedicated team. We serve a diverse patient population across central New Jersey and Bucks County, PA, with two-hospital system locations in Trenton and Hopewell.

The position offers a broad scope of practice, involvement in ahead-of-field neurology, and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient base across ages.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Neurology residency completion required.
• Movement disorders fellowship completion required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex medical problems by reviewing patient history, performing neurological exams, and ordering tests.
• Consult with patients on aftercare and long-term management strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments or medications as needed.
• Prescribe treatments or medications to improve patient condition.
• Order tests and interpret results to determine best options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely billing and submittal.
• Attend training and seminars to stay updated on neurology trends.
• Participate in on-call schedule in a timely manner.

Capital Health Medical Group is seeking a Neurologist - Movement Disorder Specialist to join our dedicated team. Opportunity Details

• Diagnosing complex medical problems by referring to a patient's history, examining them and conducting neurological tests

• Consult with patients on aftercare and long-term health management strategies

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatments or medication as needed

• Prescribe treatments or medication best suited to improve the patient's condition

• Order tests and interpret results in order to determine the best treatment options

• Keep accurate patient medical records; completing all necessary documentation to allow for timely and efficient billing and claim submittal

• Attend training and seminars to stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in neurology

• Participates in on-call schedule in a responsive and timely manner

Qualifications

Medical Degree (MD or DO)

Neurology Residency Completion

Completion of Movement Disorders fellowship
