Job summary

The Robert J Dole VA Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking a full-time Neurologist to lead and advance neurology services for Veteran patients. You will develop programs, coordinate with medical leadership, and deliver high-quality care in a federal setting.

Eligibility for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) exists, with loan repayment considerations and potential incentives. Telework/Hybrid options may be arranged as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States or territory.
• Residency training approved by ACGME or AOA in Neurology or equivalent
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology preferred; prior VA experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Neurology program at the facility.
• Collaborate with the Chief of Medicine and service chiefs to expand neurology services.
• Ensure high quality, ethical care and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a standard work schedule (8:00am–4:30pm) and participate in telework/hybrid options as determined by supervision
