• Perform chart reviews to ensure complete coding and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor TES edits in Epic and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance and billing information.
• Maintain and update claim data and guarantor records in Epic.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve coding accuracy and reimbursement.
• Research complex coding questions using coding guidelines.
