Job summary

Banner Thunderbird Medical Center is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist specialized in neuroendovascular and interventional procedures. The role supports rapid response, 24/7 procedural readiness, and high-volume case management within the Angiography department.

The position requires ARRT certification, BLS, and typically two years of radiology experience, with opportunities for ongoing training and competency development in a busy Level I Trauma Center environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Competency in neuro-interventional radiology procedures such as thrombectomy and angiography.
• BLS certification and ARRT certification/licensure as applicable.
• Two years of clinical radiology experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized radiographic/interventional procedures per orders.
• Educate patients and families about procedures.
• Produce high-quality images and maintain documentation.
• Ensure safe operation of radiology equipment and maintain radiation safety.
