Job summary

Ascension Health in Tulsa, OK is seeking a physician to join an esteemed neurocritical care program in an employed capacity within a large health system.

The role involves inpatient neurocritical care, collaboration with an experienced team of physicians and APPs, and opportunities in medical education and clinical research aligned with your interests.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required and licensed to practice in Oklahoma.
• Board certification or eligibility in neurology/neurosurgery/critical care preferred.
• Active ACLS/BLS/ALS certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive neurocritical care within an inpatient neuroscience program.
• Evaluate and treat patients with advanced diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Engage in Academics & Research: participate in medical education and clinical research initiatives.

• Evaluate and treat patients within your assigned clinical area, utilizing advanced diagnostic and treatment skills to ensure the highest standards of medical excellence.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.


• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
