Job summary

Ascension is seeking a physician to join an established team in the Tulsa metro in an outpatient surgical setting. This employed role is supported by a strong referral base and the resources of a robust health system.

Eligible candidates will be Board Certified or Board Eligible and must obtain Oklahoma licensure and DEA registration. Robotics access, dedicated block time, and strong support staff accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients within assigned clinical area using advanced diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation meeting insurance requirements.
• Advocate for patients by proactively managing medical appeal processes when necessary.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
