Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Neurologist to diagnose and manage complex neurological conditions. The role involves clinical examinations, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing treatments, and monitoring patient progress in a hospital-affiliated setting.

You will maintain detailed medical records, educate patients on long-term care, and participate in ongoing training and on-call duties as part of a collaborative neurology team.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Licenses in NJ and PA required.
• Board-certified or eligible in Neurology.
• At least 3 years of specialized neurology residency training.
