The role focuses on genomic tools to study brain development, including mouse handling, molecular biology, genomics, and single-cell workflows. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; master’s degree welcomed.
• 2–4 years of relevant academic-lab experience.
• Experience with mouse handling and mouse colony management.

Responsibilities

• Perform mouse-related laboratory work including genotyping and tissue collection.
• Support CRISPR-based perturbation experiments and sequencing workflows.
• Carry out molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, cloning).
• Support single-cell genomics workflows and library preparation.
• Maintain mammalian cell cultures and sterile technique.
• Record procedures and results in notebooks and shared databases.
• Ensure biosafety and lab compliance.
