Refresh Psychotherapy, a neurodiversity-affirming private practice in South Slope, Brooklyn, seeks a part-time psychotherapist for teens and adults. The clinician will provide both in-person and virtual care, with supervision and a collaborative team environment.

Experience in autism and ADHD is highly valued, and lived neurodivergent experience is encouraged. We prioritize evidence-based, strengths-based care and do not use ABA approaches.

Qualificações

• Not entry-level; must possess strong understanding of autism, ADHD, and neurodivergence.
• Able to provide neurodiversity-affirming care from day one.
• Not ABA-based; grounded in neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based care.

Responsabilidades

• Complete 18 weekly sessions, each 53–60 minutes.
• Mandatory weekly 1:1 supervision and/or group supervision.
• Collects information about clients via interviews, observations, and assessments.
• Prepares and maintains treatment records and reports.
• Evaluates clients’ physical or mental conditions based on information.
• Develops and implements treatment plans using clinical knowledge.
• Actively participates in Refresh Psychotherapy’s social media outlets via posts, stories, and reels.
