Prosper Health is hiring licensed mental health therapists to provide telehealth therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults, joining a supportive clinical team. Roles offer scheduling flexibility and a focus on affirming, accessible care, with a transparent fee-for-service model.

Two position types exist: full-time (25+ hours weekly) and part-time (15+ hours weekly), with benefits for full-time clinicians and a competitive per-session rate.

Qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC).
• Strong clinical skills in CBT, DBT or ACT.
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack).
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care.
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapy via telehealth for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
• Build and manage a caseload with referrals and scheduling flexibility.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical community and adhere to privacy standards.
• Utilize Zoom, EHR and other tools to document progress and outcomes.
