Job summary

Psychiatric Medical Care's adolescent behavioral health outpatient program, Embrace U, seeks a Program Therapist. The role provides group, individual, and family therapy to patients aged 10-18 in an IOP/PHP setting in Collierville, TN.

Requirements include an MSW or related master's, state licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT), 2+ years of pediatric/adolescent psych experience, and CPR/BLS. Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm; salary $70,000-$75,000.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling field.
• Licensed in social work or counseling per state requirements (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
• CPR/BLS certification may be required.
• Two to three years of clinical experience with adolescent population.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services for adolescents using group, individual, and family therapy in an IOP/PHP setting.
• Work within a small, interdisciplinary team with focus on quality patient care.
• Document all completed services in compliance with standards and regulations.
