Ascension Health in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Neurodiagnostic Technologist to join the Neurodiagnostic Lab. You will set up and prepare EEG, Evoked Potential, and PSG equipment for ordered tests, review patient history, educate patients, and monitor their condition throughout procedures.

You will operate and maintain several diagnostic systems, score results, and document findings for physician interpretation. A strong emphasis is placed on artifact recognition and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Review patient history and provide education about procedures.
• Monitor and document patient condition during procedures.
• Score, graph, document and report results of diagnostic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and supplies for ordered tests.
• Review patient history and obtain necessary information.
• Operate and maintain EEG/EP/PSG equipment and correct artifacts.
