Bronson Healthcare Group in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek seeks a part-time Neurodiagnostic Technologist to perform EEG, EMG, evoked potentials, and intraoperative monitoring under supervision. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with neurodiagnostic training, ABRET/AAET/ABEM eligibility timelines, BLS within six months, and prior EEG experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years experience and/or training in neurodiagnostics (EEG, EMG, Evoked Potential, IOM) or equivalent.
• Certification/registration in EEG (R. EEGT), EMG (R. EDT), or IOM (CNIM) within 3 years after meeting ABRET, AAET, ABEM eligibility requirements
• BLS required within six months after hire
• Direct neurodiagnostic (EEG) experience preferred at this time

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and escorts to testing room, explains examination process.
• Conducts EEGs and other neurological tests (evoked potentials, EOGs, IOM, monitoring) per protocol.
• Performs regular and stat exams in Neurodiagnostics across multiple locations.
• Attaches electrodes precisely and verifies electrode function for accurate recordings.
• Operates recording instruments, monitors patient responses, and documents findings.
