Job summary

Under the Neurodiagnostic Manager, you will troubleshoot equipment, maintain supplies, and participate in on-call activities. A high school diploma plus enrollment/completion in electroneurodiagnostic training is required,

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Enrollment in Orlando Health electroneurodiagnostic program or AMA-accredited training in Electroencephalographic Technology orElectrodiagnostics; 1 year clinical experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine EEGs, EEGs with suspected electrocerebral silence, and nerve conduction testing for all ages.
• Greet patients and explain testing procedures.
• Facilitate study completion: collect history, paperwork, and archive data.
• Troubleshoot equipment, stock supplies, and manage inventory.
• Maintain age-appropriate care knowledge for patients served.
• Assess data reflecting patient status and support clinical decisions.
• Keep up-to-date with current practices through continuing education.
• Take call as needed and maintain regular attendance per policies.
