Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a neurodiagnostic professional to support continuous EEG and video monitoring. You will observe patients, recognize clinical events, and alert staff to ensure timely response and accurate documentation.

• Ability to perform required physical tasks and maintain safety.

• Continuously monitors patients undergoing cEEG recording for safety, either in room or via remote video monitoring.
• Alerts nursing or technologist staff and supervisor or activates appropriate hospital systems per established protocols when clinical seizures, paroxysmal events, or other clinical issues occur.
• May communicate with patients and bedside staff to obtain information about events.
• May assist Neurodiagnostic technologists as needed, including restocking supplies, electrode removal, and disinfection.
• Maintains ongoing competence by completing hospital trainings and attending relevant educational offerings.
