• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and connection to ongoing services.
• Performs data collection and analysis for patient specific plans and site-wide procedures.
• Provides education and support to patients and their families.

Education Requirement

Master's degree in psychology or a related field, or completion within 1 year of hire, or equivalent education or certification and experience, required.
