Job summary

Requirements include a Master’s in ABA/psychology, PA Behavior Specialist license or eligibility in 18 months, and at least 2 years of relevant ABA experience with children.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education or related field with ABA coursework.
• PA License as Behavior Specialist (BSL) required or eligible within 18 months.
• Minimum 2 years direct clinical ABA experience with children, preferably with autism/neurodevelopmental disorders.

Responsibilities

• Lead utilization management activities including team meetings, care coordination and treatment linkage.
• Authorize and extend treatments when Medical Necessity Criteria is met.
• Collaborate with physicians and psychologists; document quality concerns and maintain CBH records.
• Facilitate care coordination addressing social determinants and community-based services.
• Conduct crisis and progress monitoring reviews; participate in supervision and case consultations.
