Job summary

CBH Philadelphia is seeking a Clinical Care Manager – Neurodevelopmental Services to oversee utilization management, apply evidence-based treatments including ABA, and coordinate care with physicians, psychologists, and community providers in the Philadelphia area.

This full-time role requires a master’s degree in ABA/psychology or a related field with ABA coursework, PA licensure as required, BCBA eligibility, and at least 2 years of pediatric clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education (or related field with ABA credits).
• BCBA or BCBA-eligible within 18 months; PA Behavior Specialist license required.
• PA Child Abuse Clearance required.
• Minimum 2 years direct clinical experience with children; ABA for autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct utilization management activities including meetings, interviews, and reviews.
• Authorize and extend treatment when Medical Necessity Criteria is met.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists and care teams.
• Document in CBH’s systems per policy and industry standards.
• Lead inter-agency and team meetings; support supervision and training as needed.
• Monitor outcomes and ensure access to evidence-based behavioral health services.
