Job summary

Texas Health Physicians Group in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner for Neurosurgery and Neurocritical Care. The NP will manage incoming neurosurgical patients via ED/Trauma and support overnight neurosurgical care as part of the Neurocritical Care team.

Responsibilities include consults, follow-ups for ICU patients, inpatient rounding, and coordination with the on-call team to provide expert neurological care using the full scope of NP practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in Neurosurgery and/or Neurocritical Care required.
• NP license and full scope practice in Texas preferred.
• Ability to work day and night 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consults and follow-ups for Neurosurgery ICU patients.
• Inpatient rounding and management of Neurosurgery patients as part of Neurocritical Care team.
• Support of neurosurgical on-call team as part of Neurocritical Care Group.
