Job summary

Texas Health Physicians Group seeks an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner for nonoperative Neurosurgery in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time night-shift position (7 PM–7 AM, 7 on/7 off) involves evaluating Neurosurgery ER patients and inpatient rounding as part of a multidisciplinary team providing advanced neurosurgical care.

Ideal candidates will have topic-specific NP Board Certification, a Texas license, and experience in Neurosurgery or Critical Care.

Qualifications

• Active listening, critical thinking, and strong communication.
• Experience in Neurosurgery or Critical Care is required.
• NP certification and Texas license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Neurosurgery ER patients and provide inpatient rounding.
• Manage Neurosurgery patients and contribute to care planning.
• Support the neurosurgical on-call team and participate in a busy level 1 team.
