Job summary

Texas Health Physicians Group in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner for Neurosurgery and Neurocritical Care. The NP will manage incoming neurosurgical patients via ED/Trauma and support overnight neurosurgical care as part of the Neurocritical Care team.

Responsibilities include consults, follow-ups for ICU patients, inpatient rounding, and coordination with the on-call team to provide expert neurological care using the full scope of NP practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in Neurosurgery and/or Neurocritical Care required.
• NP license and full scope practice in Texas preferred.
• Ability to work day and night 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce an opening for a Nurse Practitioner experienced in Neurosurgery and/or Neurocritical Care. Practice at the full scope of your training and license by being a part of the Neurocritical care team as Neurosurgical call support. NP is responsible for incoming neurosurgical patients through ED/Trauma and support of in-house Neurosurgical patients overnight.

Position Details:

• Full time; Days & Nights, 12-hour shifts, rotating weekdays/weekends
• Consults & Follow ups for Neurosurgery ICU patients plus inpatient rounding – management of Neurosurgery patients as part of the Neurocritical Care Team
