Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to drive sales growth in a defined territory by delivering compliant, ethical solutions and building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.

You will develop and execute territory strategies, engage with physicians, nurses, and medical staff, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch and support first‑in‑class therapies in neurology and related areas.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
Experience managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders.
New product launch experience preferred within specialty pharmaceutical or complex disease states.
Must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
Valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with regional team members, cross‑functional partners, and external contacts at all levels.
Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in‑servicing of products.
Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote products and educate patients.
Strategically manage relationships with key accounts and meet sales targets.
Review sales data to create territory plans and manage promotional budgets.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement cohesive sales strategies.
