Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to maximize sales growth in a defined NC territory, including Charlotte, Hickory, or Concord. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders while executing territory strategies and ensuring compliance with Teva policies.

The role involves launching new mechanisms of action and addressing unmet needs in neurology/psychiatry markets, with cross-functional collaboration and a focus on achievement of sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field.
• Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement partners, and access stakeholders.
• Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states preferred.
• New product launch experience preferred, particularly within specialty pharmaceutical or complex disease state markets.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with regional team members and external contacts at all levels.
• Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to customers.
• Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide education.
• Grow relationships with key accounts and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Review data and create territory plans and manage promotional budgets.
• Maintain competitive edge and foster collaboration with internal teams.
