Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals is hiring a NeuroCare Sales Specialist to maximize growth in a defined Minnesota territory. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, deliver product demonstrations, and promote education to drive adoption of a first-in-class Tourette Syndrome treatment amid a new therapeutic area.

The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong Teva-first mindset.

Qualifications

Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with healthcare providers in person and virtually; proficient with technology.
Candidate must be able to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts.
Provide healthcare product demonstrations and physician detailing.
Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide education.
Grow relationships with key accounts and meet sales targets.
Analyze sales data to create territory plans and manage promotional funds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies.
