The practice focuses on holistic, relational care for neurodivergent humans and their families. Associates can develop their own specialty areas, pursue additional training, and participate in growing programs like the HUG protocol.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for California AMFT registration.
• W-2, nonexempt AMFT position with hourly compensation.
• Ability to develop own clinical interests and specialty areas.
• Experience with neurodivergent populations is valued but not required.
• Strong supervision and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide AMFT services to clients with a focus on holistic, relational care.
• Engage in paid clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Document sessions, care coordination and required meetings.
• Develop and pursue personal clinical interests and specialty areas.
