Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling in California is seeking an Associate Therapist (AMFT/ASW/APCC) 31 hours per week, onsite four days. You will provide direct client care, perform notes, and attend weekly supervision, with support from intake and billing staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CA BBS AMFT, ASW, or APCC registration.
• Ability to provide direct care and manage own caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and EHR systems.
• Strong initiative and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning and care for own caseload across the lifespan.
• Review and sign treatment notes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor and Regional Practice Director.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure great client care.
• Follow established clinical protocols and procedures.
• Represent the practice in a positive and professional manner.
