Qualifications

• PhD/MD-PhD in neuroscience with 10+ years of translational medicine experience.
• Experience in late-stage clinical biomarker programs in biotech/pharma.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate results.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements program-specific late development biomarker plans.
• Selects assays and vendors for biomarker work, and manages CRO partnerships.
• Manages biomarker data delivery and timelines with internal teams and CROs.
• Prepares internal and external translational/biomarker presentations.
• Maintains publication timelines for biomarker data with Medical Communications.
• Mentors team members and provides expert guidance across departments.
• Supports regulatory submissions and interactions as needed.
