Job summary

Baptist Health's Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Tier 1 Pool Registered Nurse for the Orthopedics unit on a seasonal, per diem basis. Shift is 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, with bedside care, patient assessment and collaboration with the orthopedic team.

The Seasonal Nursing Pool offers flexible commitments, professional growth, and a supportive environment within a faith-based health system. Florida RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS/NRP dependent on unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (dependent upon unit) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Bedside nursing care for orthopedic patients.
• Perform patient assessments and document findings; collaborate with the orthopedic team.
