Job summary
Baptist Health in Boca Raton is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool. Per diem, 6:30PM-7:00AM, float to units as needed, with 12/16/18/24 week contracts. ASN/FL RN licensure required with core certifications. Position emphasizes patient-family centered care and evidence-based practice within a faith-based system.

Qualifications
- ASN required and FL RN licensure eligible with current certifications.
- BLS/ACLS/PALS; NRP depending on unit, as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care per standards and evidence-based practice.
- Float to all hospital areas as needed or assigned.
- Work three 12-hour shifts per week plus every other weekend during the contract.
