The incumbent will participate in bed flow, staffing planning, rounds with physicians, and governance activities. A Georgia RN license and a commitment to evidence-based practice are essential.

• Licensed RN in Georgia with current license.

Responsabilidades

• Directs daily unit activities on assigned shift to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Assigns patient care and oversees staff scheduling and bed/flow coordination.
• Provides leadership, rounds with physicians, and participates in governance and quality initiatives.
• Mentors team members and supports education and professional development.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and safe patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ensures patient confidentiality and adherence to professional nursing standards.
