Job summary

Trinity Health's St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Assistant (NNA) to provide essential patient care on the Neuro Stroke unit. You will work under RN guidance, assist with daily activities, and help maintain patient safety and comfort in a 24-bed unit.

The role requires a CNA or clinical rotation experience, High School diploma, and BLS certification, with a flexible Day shift from 7am to 7:30pm. A caring, team-oriented approach is essential to our mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PA Nurse Aide Registry (CNA) or completion of at least one semester of clinical rotations in an accredited nursing program required.
• 1 year of relevant experience and/or EMT considered in lieu of required certification/clinical rotation.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the guidance of a registered nurse.
• Obtain supplies and prep patient rooms to ensure readiness for admission and clearance upon discharge/transfer.
• Assist with feeding, monitor intake and output, and observe dysphasia precautions as applicable.
• Assist with toileting, positioning, transfers, and safety measures; participate in hourly rounding to enhance patient safety.
