Mercy is hiring an RN-Neuro Stepdown for full-time day shifts (7:00am–7:30pm) in Missouri. The role involves using the nursing process to deliver patient care and coordinating with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

New Graduate Bonus of $10k and Experienced Nurse Bonus of $20k are offered. Requires RN licensure in hiring state/compact and BLS certification; education can be ADN/ASN, Diploma, or BSN.

Qualificações

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (AS/ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Maintain current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for care of assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
