Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking an RN-Neuro Stepdown for FT daytime shifts. The role uses the nursing process to deliver patient care and coordinates with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

You will evaluate care effectiveness provided by other direct care givers, and ensure nursing duties align with Mercy Service Standards. A strong commitment to teamwork and patient safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
