Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Step Down Unit at our Level II Trauma Center. This full-time night-shift position is located at our Regional Medical Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd, offering a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Idaho or multistate RN license with Idaho residency requirement within 6 months.
• BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing your skills in a Level II Trauma Center and a Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Providing next level care for neurological patients in a state-of-the-art unit with the newest and most advanced technology and equipment
• Caring for post operative patients along with patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, seizures, strokes, and other neurological disorders
• Delivering high-quality nursing care in our 17-bed SDU, utilizing advanced clinical skills to assess, stabilize, and monitor patients
