Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho, invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Neuro Surgical Trauma ICU (NeST) team at our Level II Trauma Center. This full-time night-shift role offers exposure to high-acuity neurocritical care and collaboration with board-certified neuro critical care physicians.

You will care for patients with neurological, surgical, or traumatic injuries using advanced technology in Idaho's only Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit, located at Regional Medical

Qualifications

• Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable).
• BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines.
• Critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Level II Trauma Center and a Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center.
• Gain experience in Idaho's FIRST Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit.
• Collaborate with board-certified, fellowship-trained neurocritical care doctors.
• Care for patients with neurological, surgical, or traumatic injuries requiring intensive care.
• Be part of a unit with 18 critical care beds and state-of-the-art technology.
