Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide 1:1 neuro rehabilitation in patients' homes and communities, focusing on meaningful, real-life goals.

You will perform evaluations, create and adjust treatment plans, re‑assess progress, and coordinate with the care team to support stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, and other neurological conditions while enjoying flexible scheduling and clinical autonomy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current valid SLP license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of work experience as an SLP.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognition and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing/family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
