Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide 1:1 neuro rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities. You will develop and adjust treatment plans for individuals recovering from stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, and other neurological conditions, aiming to restore communication, cognition and independence.

We offer autonomy, flexible scheduling, and time allocated for documentation, with mileage reimbursement and paid drive time for PRN clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• At least one year of work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
