Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver 1:1 neuro rehabilitation in real-world home and community settings. You will lead assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support functional recovery and independence.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful outcomes, with drive time paid and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid State SLP license.
• Current CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home and community safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, and family members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care and improved patient outcomes.
