Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists to deliver patient-centered care in Denton, TX and surrounding areas, with PRN opportunities. State licensure and ASHA CCC preferred; master’s in Speech Pathology required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• State licensure required.
• ASHA CCC certification preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments across speech, language, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families to address functional goals.
