Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered services in patients' homes and communities in the Waco, TX area. This PRN position supports therapy for a range of neurologically related conditions and aims to deliver integrated, evidence-based care through inter-disciplinary teams.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and the ASHA CCC; excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required with CCC from ASHA.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
