Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Georgetown, TX and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities.

Therapists employ a creative, evidence-based approach to address speech, language, cognitive needs, and dysphagia, delivering durable outcomes in clients' own settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, writing and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with families, professionals and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments in speech and language.
• Address executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Deliver patient‑centered care in home and community settings.
