Job summary

Allina Health in Minneapolis is hiring a Registered Nurse for the ABSI Neurosurgery unit on day shift. This 1.0 FTE, 80-hours per two-week pay period role offers a stable 8-hour day schedule with no weekend rotation.

The RN will lead care planning, perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and support program development and quality initiatives across the unit. Must bring RN licensure and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN with valid license in MN or WI upon hire.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in relevant specialty or ICU/ED/OR areas.
• Meeting one of the listed license requirements and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and families and supervise staff as needed.
• Participate in program development and quality initiatives.
