Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic wet lab and computer skills, including MS Office.
• Prior rodent research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with mouse colony, breeding, genotyping, injection, pregnancy check and behavioral testing.
• Assisting with harvesting mouse tissues for mitochondrial functional analysis, Western blotting, sequencing, histology, and other functional assays.
• Assisting with imaging analysis, high-definition brain network analysis, cardiac functional analysis, segmentation, and volumetric analysis.
