Responsibilities

  • Manage transgenic mouse lines, including genotyping and characterization.
  • Plan and perform experiments, including behavioral studies and metabolic assays.
  • Conduct tissue/cell culture, imaging, and PCR procedures as needed.
  • Maintain lab compliance, ordering supplies, and record keeping; support PI and team.
