Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Miami, FL, seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) PRN to join our Home & Community Neuro Rehabilitation team. Provide one-on-one neuro rehabilitation in real-world environments where patients live, work, and participate in daily life.

The PRN role offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and opportunities for professional growth within a national leader in neurorehabilitation serving multiple states since 1995.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• BLS/CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• 1+ year PT experience preferred.
• Experience with neurological rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Coordinate with treatment team and family to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care.
