Sevita's NeuroRestorative division in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role with a flexible schedule and a $5,000 retention bonus. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• California Physical Therapy licensure is required.
• Ability to perform heavy physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly.

Responsabilités

• Administer physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction of Physical Therapists.
• Ensure patients receive scheduled PT treatments and document sessions or reasons for non-attendance.
• Perform active, passive, and resistive therapeutic exercises as prescribed.
• Perform therapeutic massage as needed.
• Perform mobilization and passive stretching within safety limits.
• Instruct, motivate, and assist patients in improving functional activities.
• Provide gait training and assistive device training (canes, crutches, walkers, braces, splints).
• Measure ROM, limb lengths, vital signs, and MMT to aid evaluation.
• Coordinate with staff and health team to modify treatment plans.
• Ensure adherence to accreditation/licensing and confidentiality.
