BrightSpring Health Services seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) in San Luis Obispo, CA. The role offers flexibility with scheduling and compensation paid per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. PRN position with growth opportunities and a supportive neurorehabilitation team.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, re-evaluations, and discharge planning with home safety guidance. Licensure, BLS/CPR, and neuropathology knowledge are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification per state regulations.
• One year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehab techniques for complex neurological injuries.
• Effective verbal and written communication with patients and team.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with safety.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
