Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
One year of experience preferred.
State licensure in physical therapy required.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
Commitment to a multidisciplinary team approach.

Responsibilities

Provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients with injuries or conditions to restore function and relieve pain.
Evaluate participants and develop written treatment programs.
Administer and adjust treatment programs; communicate needs to staff.
Maintain administrative and department documentation.
Ensure compliance with accreditation and licensure standards and ethics.
Attend program meetings and participate in team discussions.
