Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function and ADLs in home settings.
• Develop and implement individualized home-based rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families to promote independence.
